Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited options are available at checkout.

International Shipping

  • We proudly ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance, usually 7–21 business days.
  • Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
  • Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be clearly noted on our website.

Delays & Exceptions

  • Maison Calor is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly.

Returns

At Maison Calor, we take pride in the care and craftsmanship that go into each product. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Policy Duration

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.

Return Eligibility

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused, unburned, and in the same condition as received
  • In their original packaging, with all labels and accessories included

Return Shipping & Fees

Please note:

  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Any duties, taxes, or customs fees (for both the original and return shipments) will be deducted from the refund amount

Processing Your Return or Exchange

  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and you will be notified via email.
  • For exchanges, your replacement item will be shipped (based on availability) once your original item has been accepted.

Important Notes

  • Returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage upon inspection are ineligible for return or exchange.
  • If your return is declined, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
